Changelog
Dawn Phase is actively maintained. Spot something wrong? Use the feedback button in the app — real people read it.
- Fixed
- Your daily log now saves only what you actually entered. Before, saving a log also stored the default values sitting on fields you hadn't touched, so some older entries may show an energy score or hours of sleep you never set. Older logs are left exactly as they are — you can edit any day if something looks off.
Added- A month calendar on your dashboard and on insights, showing the periods you've logged, the days we predict are coming, and the days you've written something down.
- You can bring your history over from another app — export from Clue, or a CSV from most other trackers. Import your history →
- Spotting is now one of the flow options when you log a day.
- You can add your own symptoms instead of choosing only from our list.
- More ways to say how you're feeling — anxious, irritable, angry, tearful, numb or flat, restless, calm, motivated — alongside the scale that was already there.
Improved- Your doctor report now sits in the sidebar instead of being tucked away in settings.
- The app opens without a connection now, on Android and in your browser. You still need to be online for your logs to load, but you won't be met with a blank page.
- Improved
- Notes about your cycle health now wait until there's enough of your history behind them, rather than reading something into a cycle or two.
Fixed- A round of smaller fixes across the calculators and cycle pages, so the numbers and the wording around them stay accurate.
- Fixed
- Your phase now updates correctly as soon as you log that your period has ended — no more sitting in “Menstrual” for a few extra days.
- The cycle arc on your dashboard no longer draws incorrectly if your cycles run long.
- Your dashboard and your email updates now always show the same predicted date.
Improved- Cycle length predictions are more accurate. The app now handles a skipped period log without stretching your average, and short cycles count as real data instead of being ignored.
- Added
- Seven more symptoms you can track: fatigue, mood swings, food cravings, back pain, nausea, digestive changes, and low libido.
- The feedback button now lets you say whether you're reporting a bug, sharing an idea, or something else — so reports get to the right place faster.
